Spectators: 7115 (Terracing: 5338, Seating: 1636, VIP seats: 141) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Henry de Cock took the kick off in the first half of the match. 5 minutes into the match, Canallas Del Oeste's goal looked a bit too open when Cristian Cristofol came free, but Hipolito Theobald reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Hipolito Theobald made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cristo Eliu in the 10th minute of play. In the 11th minute, Ermegildo Austin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 14 minutes into the game, Aldo Zaccardi was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Canallas Del Oeste's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Monte Chingolo the free kick. After 15 played minutes Canallas Del Oeste got a freekick which was hit by Aldo Zaccardi. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cristian Cristofol in the 19th minute of play forced Canallas Del Oeste's goalkeeper Hipolito Theobald to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Hipolito Theobald took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cristian Cristofol, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Cristian Cristofol scored 0-2 in the 22nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Hipolito Theobald, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 26 minutes into the match, Aureliano Iraunkor had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Hipolito Theobald. Canallas Del Oeste's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Aureliano Iraunkor was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-3. Hipolito Theobald came out of the goal in the 29th minute to try and stop a shot by Monte Chingolo's Cristian Cristofol. But to his dismay, Cristian Cristofol quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-4. After 33 played minutes Canallas Del Oeste got a freekick which was hit by Aldo Zaccardi. Angelino Ihintza hit a great freekick 38 minutes into the match. In the 42nd minute, Leonides Manilan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Aureliano Iraunkor fired away a difficult shot at goal in the 43rd minute. He almost succeeded, but the ball bounced in the crossbar and then went out. It was a very nice shot. Hipolito Theobald showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cristian Cristofol, who was totally free with the ball in the 45th minute. After a rather tough play, Canallas Del Oeste's Aldo Zaccardi got a free kick in the 46th minute. Romeo Telmo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 47th minute. Hipolito Theobald tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-4.

Canallas Del Oeste's Hipolito Theobald played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cristian Cristofol in the 58th minute of play. In the 63rd minute, Cristian Cristofol fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Hipolito Theobald, passed just outside the right post. A collision led to Canallas Del Oeste getting a freekick after 68 minutes play. Haroldo Pimenta hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cristian Cristofol in the 72nd minute of play forced Canallas Del Oeste's goalkeeper Hipolito Theobald to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 76th minute, Cristian Cristofol ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Hipolito Theobald was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-6. With a little luck, Canallas Del Oeste's Hipolito Theobald got control of the ball when Cristian Cristofol tried to sneak it across the goal line. If Isaac Ticho had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Hipolito Theobald made a fantastic save in the 87th minute, when Cristian Cristofol sent off a good shot on target.
