Rolando Artaldo took the ball and in the 6 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Dilbah Chaddha. Dilbah Chaddha dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Teodoro Gar took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Severo Dino, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Severo Dino had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 11th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Julio Tabor kicked well hit freekick during the 14th minute of the match. A long shot from Gilberto Pelayo in the 16th minute of play was well struck, but Teodoro Gar made a really good save at the right post. Severo Dino was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 18th minute. Doble A's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. In the 21st play minute Igor Lico came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Teodoro Gar. 1-1. In the 26th minute of the game, Severo Dino landed unfortunately after trying to head the ball, and pulled a muscle in the back, so badly that he had to leave the field. Modesto Luke's late challenge caught a Doble A's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Modesto Luke helped the player get up and apologised. Modesto Luke kicked well hit freekick during the 27th minute of the match. Bonifacio Lukes short, quick shot in the 36thth minute got Teodoro Gar to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Igor Lico hit a great freekick 38 minutes into the match. After a defensive mix-up in Higuera FC's zone, Bonifacio Luke stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Teodoro Gar came out of the goal and Bonifacio Luke tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The supporters of Higuera FC booed when Doble A was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 44 match minutes in a wonderful position. Iker Urbez didn't get a good kick on the ball. Daniel Ariando, 45 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Igor Lico stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 51st minute, Paolo Cibran hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Higuera FC's Daniel Ariando shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 53rd minute of play. The shot was stopped by Dilbah Chaddha but with some difficulty. 58 minutes into the game, Doble A's Bonifacio Luke nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Teodoro Gar made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-1. Higuera FC's Teodoro Gar played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Igor Lico in the 63rd minute of play. Teodoro Gar showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Igor Lico, who was totally free with the ball in the 66th minute. Igor Lico received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 80th minute. Teodoro Gar tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Doble A fans cheered their team off the field, for while Higuera FC had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
