Los pibes's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Gogo Gonsalve was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. In the 12th minute Bernardo Montez shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gualterio Sidoro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Gualterio Sidoro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bernardo Montez, who was totally free with the ball in the 13th minute. The audience was convinced that Bernardo Montez's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Gualterio Sidoro was relentless in the 15th minute of the game. 18 minutes into the game, Bernardo Montez cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Gualterio Sidoro was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 21st minute, Cirilo Rencio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A collision led to Asspera Fútbol Club getting a freekick after 27 minutes play. Osvaldo Ofelio hit a great ball. Bernardo Montez took the ball and in the 30 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Gualterio Sidoro. Gualterio Sidoro dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-3. In the 35th minute Bernardo Montez shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gualterio Sidoro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Gualterio Sidoro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bernardo Montez, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Bernardo Montez had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Bernardo Montez received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 41st minute. Gualterio Sidoro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Gogo Gonsalve struck a weak shot in the 43rd minute. Gualterio Sidoro didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Asspera Fútbol Club. Gualterio Sidoro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bernardo Montez in the 45th minute of the match. Placido Gonza was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 45 minutes into the match. After 44 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Los pibes! Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-4 lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Candido Beltxe stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After some careless play in the Los pibes defense, Bernardo Montez kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Gualterio Sidoro. The Los pibes fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Gualterio Sidoro should have stopped the shot. 66 minutes into the match, Los pibes's goal looked a bit too open when Gogo Gonsalve came free, but Gualterio Sidoro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Gogo Gonsalve had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 68th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 0-7 became the score in the 72nd minute when Bernardo Montez elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. 76 minutes into the match, Bernardo Montez had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Gualterio Sidoro. Los pibes's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Bernardo Montez was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-8. 83 minutes into the match, Los pibes's goalkeeper Gualterio Sidoro had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Gogo Gonsalve. Gualterio Sidoro was out of position in the 90 minute of play, and Bernardo Montez capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Bernardo Montez really showed his touch with that goal: 0-9. Bernardo Montez sent away a hard shot on goal in the 94th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Bernardo Montez fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 96th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gualterio Sidoro having to interfere. When the final whistle sounded Asspera Fútbol Club left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Los pibes.
