Marciano Caitano fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 8th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gilberto Bertran having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Cachiyuyu FC's Uriel Ricart got a free kick in the 10th minute. Marciano Caitano struck a weak shot in the 12th minute. Gilberto Bertran didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Izalith FC. The supporters of Izalith FC booed when Cachiyuyu FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 17 match minutes in a wonderful position. Leopoldo Gregory didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Marciano Caitano in the 19th minute of play forced Cachiyuyu FC's goalkeeper Gilberto Bertran to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 25th minute, Ismael Jago left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Izalith FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. Jonas Buinton's late challenge caught a Cachiyuyu FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Izalith FC's Jonas Buinton got a free kick in the 29th minute. 30 minutes into the match, Izalith FC's goalkeeper Sándor Bodnár had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Virgilio Veremundo. The attack was good, but when Marciano Caitano in the 33rd minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. Marciano Caitano scored 0-3 in the 36th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Gilberto Bertran, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. If Marciano Caitano had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Marciano Caitano took the ball and in the 43 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Gilberto Bertran. Gilberto Bertran dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-4. When Antonio Errolan came up free with the goalie in the 46th minute, the Izalith FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Antonio Errolan couldn't finish the play.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Leon Eriz was the one to do the kick off. After a rather tough play, Cachiyuyu FC's German Abad got a free kick in the 51st minute. Ceferino Dalmai hit a great freekick 52 minutes into the match. In the 53rd minute of the match Marciano Caitano sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Gilberto Bertran skillfully saved the ball. Cachiyuyu FC's Gilberto Bertran proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 54th minute of the match, managed to save Cachiyuyu FC from getting a goal against them. When %teams%'s Marciano Caitano was free in front of goal, he didn't hesitate to shoot 0-5 just inside the left pole, 55 minutes into the game. Izalith FC's Antonio Errolan got a good chance for a goal in the 67th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 69 minutes into the game, Marciano Caitano recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Gilberto Bertran. Marciano Caitano showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-7. 73 minutes into the game, one of Cachiyuyu FC:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Gilberto Bertran was out of position in the 81 minute of play, and Marciano Caitano capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Marciano Caitano really showed his touch with that goal: 0-9. Leopoldo Gregory kicked well hit freekick during the 86th minute of the match. 92 minutes into the match, Dario Beltza had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Sándor Bodnár. Izalith FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Dario Beltza was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-9. Marciano Caitano sent away a hard shot on goal in the 97th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When the match was over Izalith FC could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Cachiyuyu FC throughout the match.
