Manuel Mendiko made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ernesto Conrao in the 3rd minute of play. 5 minutes into the match, Dalmacio Jaunti had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Manuel Mendiko. River Plate's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Dalmacio Jaunti was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Manuel Mendiko showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ernesto Conrao in the 12th minute of the match. After some careless play in the River Plate defense, Ernesto Conrao kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Manuel Mendiko. The River Plate fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Manuel Mendiko should have stopped the shot. 18 minutes into the match, Filip Malewicz had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Manuel Mendiko. River Plate's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Filip Malewicz was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-3. 25 minutes into the match, River Plate's goal looked a bit too open when Filip Malewicz came free, but Manuel Mendiko reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Cesar Maju scored 0-4 in the 27th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Manuel Mendiko, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Manuel Mendiko came out of the goal in the 30th minute to try and stop a shot by Mateicos F.C's Cesar Maju. But to his dismay, Cesar Maju quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-5. After a defensive mix-up in River Plate's zone, Dalmacio Jaunti stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Manuel Mendiko came out of the goal and Dalmacio Jaunti tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 36th minute Cesar Maju shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Manuel Mendiko saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Manuel Mendiko showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Filip Malewicz, who was totally free with the ball in the 39th minute. Ernesto Conrao sent away a hard shot on goal in the 40th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The River Plate players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Mateicos F.C were winning 0-6.

53 minutes into the game, Cesar Maju cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-7. Manuel Mendiko was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Ismael Abel might have been able to make a better finish in the 57th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Damaso Nevada. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Ismael Abel ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 62nd minute of the match, Filip Malewicz tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Manuel Mendiko saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. With a little luck, River Plate's Manuel Mendiko got control of the ball when Cesar Maju tried to sneak it across the goal line. When the match had gone on for 65 minutes, Lucio Felipo took a quick shot and it went in 0-8 without a chance for Manuel Mendiko to make any attempt to save it. Manuel Mendiko showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Filip Malewicz, who was totally free with the ball in the 71st minute. Lucio Felipo charged in rather forcefully in the 75th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Lucio Felipo the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Lucio Felipo hit a great freekick 75 minutes into the match. 77 minutes into the match, River Plate's goal looked a bit too open when Cesar Maju came free, but Manuel Mendiko reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 78 played minutes River Plate got a freekick which was hit by Fernando Asas. 85 minutes into the match, Mateicos F.C's goal looked a bit too open when Ismael Abel came free, but Damaso Nevada reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 87 minutes into the match, River Plate's goalkeeper Manuel Mendiko had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Dalmacio Jaunti. Salvador Abilio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Damaso Nevada having to interfere.
