Gulp!'s manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Stephen King FC the free kick. After 7 played minutes Gulp! got a freekick which was hit by Romulo Jokin. In the 8thth minute of the game Jonatan Lain who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Gulp!'s Ernesto Huly was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Roberto Louis during the 9th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Stephen King FC booed when Gulp! was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 9 match minutes in a wonderful position. Roberto Louis didn't get a good kick on the ball. Vladimiro Gizon took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 10th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Ernesto Huly. Gulp!'s goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. In the 11th minute the ball was on its way in behind Gulp!'s goalkeeper Ernesto Huly, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Ernesto Huly stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Jonatan Lain's shot from short distance in the 13th minute. Elvio Kelemen sent away a hard shot on goal in the 14th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, Gulp!'s Ariel Pereyra got a free kick in the 16th minute. When Aureliano Uxio fell near the penalty area in the 17th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Stephen King FC's protests and gave Aureliano Uxio a yellow card for diving instead. Aureliano Uxio hit a great freekick 17 minutes into the match. Jimeno Cristos fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Samuel Lluterio having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Jonatan Lain in the 24th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ernesto Huly prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Ariel Pereyra charged in rather forcefully in the 31st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Ariel Pereyra the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. 33 minutes into the game, Jimeno Cristos was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Gulp!'s manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Stephen King FC the free kick. A collision led to Gulp! getting a freekick after 34 minutes play. Jimeno Cristos hit a great ball. In a very dangerous position, a player in Gulp! fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 34th minute. Penalty! In the 37th minute there was a penalty for Stephen King FC. Jonatan Lain stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Ernesto Huly. 0-2. A collision led to Gulp! getting a freekick after 42 minutes play. Ariel Pereyra hit a great ball. Ernesto Huly didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Elvio Kelemen went, in the 43rd minute, to the upper right corner, 0-3 was the resulting score. Stephen King FC's Elvio Kelemen got a good chance for a goal in the 47th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-3 lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Jonatan Lain was the one to do the kick off. Jonatan Lain fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 56th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ernesto Huly having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Gulp!'s Ariel Pereyra got a free kick in the 59th minute. Jonatan Lain succeeded in the game's 60th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 0-4. Ernesto Huly made a fantastic save in the 63rd minute, when Jonatan Lain sent off a good shot on target. Elvio Kelemen fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 65th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ernesto Huly having to interfere. Ernesto Huly made an important save on a dangerous shot by Jonatan Lain in the 66th minute. Leonel Perutxo kicked well hit freekick during the 67th minute of the match. Lino Fanuco lost his temper 71 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 70th minute of the game. One of Gulp!:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Stephen King FC:s goal. The supporters of Gulp! booed when Stephen King FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 87 match minutes in a wonderful position. Valentin Luken didn't get a good kick on the ball. Gulp!'s Honorato Chico couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 88th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Stephen King FC. If Elvio Kelemen had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Elvio Kelemen received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 97th minute. Ernesto Huly tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the match was over Stephen King FC could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Gulp! throughout the match.
