Spectators: 7194 (Terracing: 5397, Seating: 1654, VIP seats: 143) ANSWERS's Ubaldo Cordarell played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fabio Abadie in the 3rd minute of play. 13 minutes into the match, ANSWERS's goal looked a bit too open when Hugo Frasquito came free, but Ubaldo Cordarell reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 14 minutes into the match, Fabio Abadie dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Ubaldo Cordarell, 1-0. If Fabio Abadie had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 17th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ubaldo Cordarell made a fantastic save in the 20th minute, when Isaac Berasko sent off a good shot on target. After 23 played minutes, ANSWERS's Rodrigo Hegoi shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Luo Fan Wei came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in ANSWERS reached it. In the 24th match minute, CA Velez Sarsfield was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Paul-Henri Arnaud to maneuver through the defense. A collision led to ANSWERS getting a freekick after 26 minutes play. Domingos Roldan hit a great ball. Isaac Berasko did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 2-0 to the left of a surprised Ubaldo Cordarell 35 minutes into the match. Ubaldo Cordarell stood somewhat misplaced when Isaac Berasko came free in front of goal and shot 4-0 to the left of him in the 48 minute. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 4-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Isaac Berasko made a kick off. Hugo Frasquito received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 55th minute. Ubaldo Cordarell tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ubaldo Cordarell made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fabio Abadie in the 57th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 59th minute, Hugo Frasquito managed to get in a good position for a shot. CA Velez Sarsfield's supporters rose to their feet, but Hugo Frasquito was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ubaldo Cordarell breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Ubaldo Cordarell made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Isaac Berasko in the 62nd minute of play. Fabio Abadie sent away a hard shot on goal in the 63rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ubaldo Cordarell showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Isaac Berasko, who was totally free with the ball in the 64th minute. 67 minutes into the match, Isaac Berasko notched a goal, 5-0, to the right of ANSWERS's Ubaldo Cordarell. Ubaldo Cordarell was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The supporters of CA Velez Sarsfield booed when ANSWERS was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 70 match minutes in a wonderful position. Henrique Hames didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ubaldo Cordarell showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fabio Abadie in the 71st minute of the match. Ubaldo Cordarell stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Fabio Abadie's shot from short distance in the 73rd minute. In the 75th minute Fabio Abadie shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ubaldo Cordarell saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ubaldo Cordarell came out of the goal in the 76th minute to try and stop a shot by CA Velez Sarsfield's Hugo Frasquito. But to his dismay, Hugo Frasquito quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 6-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Isaac Berasko in the 88th minute of play forced ANSWERS's goalkeeper Ubaldo Cordarell to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ubaldo Cordarell took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fabio Abadie, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Isaac Berasko in the 92nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ubaldo Cordarell prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 97 minutes of play, CA Velez Sarsfield's Isaac Berasko made it 8-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ubaldo Cordarell was left in no man's land by his defense there! It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. CA Velez Sarsfield had played much better football throughout.
