That made the score 1-0 in the 5 minute of play. The audience was convinced that Jeremias Tulio's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Santo Isias was relentless in the 10th minute of the game. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Marco Lauren in the 11th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Tomás Azevedo saved LA Lakers from getting behind. Marco Lauren's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Tomás Azevedo read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 15th minute of play. In the 16th minute, Fernando Gelacio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Marco Lauren kicked well hit freekick during the 18th minute of the match. In the 22nd match minute, LA Lakers was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cristo Ado to maneuver through the defense. The audience thought a goal was coming when Haroldo Oidor got free with Santo Isias in the 25th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Haroldo Oidor received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 27th minute. Santo Isias tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 29 minutes into the game, LA Lakers's Haroldo Oidor nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Santo Isias made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. The audience thought a goal was coming when Haroldo Oidor got free with Santo Isias in the 34th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 36th minute Jeremias Tulio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Santo Isias saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the match had gone on for 37 minutes, Jeremias Tulio took a quick shot and it went in 3-0 without a chance for Santo Isias to make any attempt to save it. In the 41st minute, Marco Lauren got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 43rd minute, Marco Lauren managed to get in a good position for a shot. Tehuelches FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Marco Lauren was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Tomás Azevedo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Jeremias Tulio was the one to do the kick off. If Haroldo Oidor had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 53rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 54 minutes of play, LA Lakers's Haroldo Oidor made it 4-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Santo Isias was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 64th match minute, LA Lakers was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Moises Naike to maneuver through the defense. Santo Isias showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jeremias Tulio in the 69th minute of the match. Tehuelches FC's Santo Isias played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Haroldo Oidor in the 71st minute of play. 72 minutes into the match, Tehuelches FC's goal looked a bit too open when Jeremias Tulio came free, but Santo Isias reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 77 minutes into the game, Jeremias Tulio cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 5-0. Santo Isias was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 80th minute, Ladislao Kusko hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A collision led to LA Lakers getting a freekick after 81 minutes play. Haroldo Oidor hit a great ball. Haroldo Oidor fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 87th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Santo Isias having to interfere. Moises Naike's late challenge caught a Tehuelches FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Moises Naike helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to LA Lakers getting a freekick after 93 minutes play. Moises Naike hit a great ball. LA Lakers's Tomás Azevedo proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 96th minute of the match, managed to save LA Lakers from getting a goal against them. Tehuelches FC's supporters were dissatisfied at the end of the match because LA Lakers had won, even though Tehuelches FC had held more of the ball.
