Goyena's Clemente Artaldo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Domingos Ordono in the 7th minute of play. In the 8th match minute, Goyena was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Orlando Sindo to maneuver through the defense. Rafael Curcio kicked well hit freekick during the 14th minute of the match. Vicente Madaleno sent away a hard shot on goal in the 16th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Cyryl Przebendowski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Raimundo Orlanda, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Marcelino Sansone took the ball and in the 24 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Cyryl Przebendowski. Cyryl Przebendowski dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. A collision led to C.A. REÑICO getting a freekick after 27 minutes play. Conrado Peter hit a great ball. Cyryl Przebendowski stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Marcelino Sansone's shot from short distance in the 31st minute. In the 36th minute Marcelino Sansone shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cyryl Przebendowski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 47th minute, Raimundo Orlanda made a precise shot to the right of Cyryl Przebendowski. C.A. REÑICO's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

In the 56th minute, Vicente Madaleno ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Clemente Artaldo was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-2. After 64 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for C.A. REÑICO! In the 66th minute there was a penalty for Goyena. Braulio Baumar stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Cyryl Przebendowski. 1-3. Cyryl Przebendowski made an important save on a dangerous shot by Raimundo Orlanda in the 74th minute. C.A. REÑICO's defense didn't have a chance, in the 76th minute, when Marcelino Sansone scored to the left of an out of position Cyryl Przebendowski, making the score, 1-4. Clemente Artaldo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Vicente Madaleno in the 80th minute of play. 83 minutes into the match, C.A. REÑICO's goal looked a bit too open when Marcelino Sansone came free, but Cyryl Przebendowski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Leo Elodio's late challenge caught a Goyena's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Leo Elodio helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, C.A. REÑICO's Leo Elodio got a free kick in the 84th minute. A hard shot by Domingos Elivareo from long distance, 88 minutes into the match, got Cyryl Przebendowski's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. Domingos Ordono received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 91st minute. Clemente Artaldo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 96th minute, Orlando Sindo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. C.A. REÑICO's Vicente Madaleno got a good chance for a goal in the 98th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Clemente Artaldo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Vicente Madaleno, who was totally free with the ball in the 100th minute. The Goyena players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
