The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Eugenio Belarmo showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Alfredo Artal's late challenge caught a Ubajay's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Alfredo Artal helped the player get up and apologised. Ubajay's Haroldo Muno was substituted for Edgard Perpinya. After 33 minutes, Haroldo Muno mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Ubajay and the MAVENDA players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 34th minute, Haroldo Muno hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. MAVENDA's Alfredo Artal got a good chance for a goal in the 35th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Adolfo Giro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 37th minute. Eugenio Belarmo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Eugenio Belarmo made a fantastic save in the 38th minute, when Denis Patxi sent off a good shot on target. Nicasio Benat received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 39th minute. Alfredo Artal recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 70th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Eugenio Belarmo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Denis Patxi in the 73rd minute of the match. In the 73rd minute, Gervasio Teyo left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The MAVENDA fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-1. When the match clock showed 78 minutes, the score became 4-2 when Basilio Caetano sped through MAVENDA's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Endre Kárpáthy. Eugenio Belarmo was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. For all the effort they put into the match, the Ubajay players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for MAVENDA.
