Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Isaias Serapio got the match started through his kick off. After some fancy dribbling in the 3rd minute, Cristian Espiridion managed to get in a good position for a shot. Matade's supporters rose to their feet, but Cristian Espiridion was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Alvaro Lopes breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Eugeniusz Majorski blasted a shot towards the goal in the 5th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Alvaro Lopes having to make a save. Benedicto Romo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 10th minute. Alvaro Lopes tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Eugeniusz Majorski fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 12th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alvaro Lopes having to interfere. Carter Slattery made an important save on a dangerous shot by Eusebio Nabar in the 13th minute. Joel Maule hit a great freekick 16 minutes into the match. Carter Slattery showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Isaias Serapio, who was totally free with the ball in the 28th minute. In the 31st minute of the match Pablo Odol shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Carter Slattery showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Matade's Carter Slattery proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 32nd minute of the match, managed to save Matade from getting a goal against them. Isidro Victoro hit a great freekick 33 minutes into the match. Carter Slattery took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Isaias Serapio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Eugeniusz Majorski received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 37th minute. Alvaro Lopes tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Isaias Serapio charged in rather forcefully in the 38th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Isaias Serapio the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Matade booed when Anta FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 40 match minutes in a wonderful position. Joel Maule didn't get a good kick on the ball. Eusebio Nabar came free with the goalkeeper in the 42nd minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Carter Slattery could save by the left post. In the 43rd match minute, Matade was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Severiano Feo to maneuver through the defense. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Eugeniusz Majorski to make the kick off. After 55 played minutes Anta FC got a freekick which was hit by Silverio Lehior. Cristian Espiridion received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 57th minute. Alvaro Lopes tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Isaias Serapio in the 62nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Carter Slattery saved Matade from getting behind. After 63 minutes, Severiano Feo mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Matade and the Anta FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Alvaro Lopes was a little too slow when Eugeniusz Majorski got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 66th minute. The score was now 0-2. Carter Slattery took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eusebio Nabar, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of Anta FC booed when Matade was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 69 match minutes in a wonderful position. Benedicto Romo didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Eusebio Nabar came up free with the goalie in the 72nd minute, the Anta FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Eusebio Nabar couldn't finish the play. Marcelo Cefero fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 76th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alvaro Lopes having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Anta FC's Silverio Lehior got a free kick in the 78th minute. Carter Slattery showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eusebio Nabar, who was totally free with the ball in the 88th minute. Placido Atarrabi hit a great freekick 89 minutes into the match. A collision led to Matade getting a freekick after 92 minutes play. Higinio Sayveon hit a great ball. Isaias Serapio recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 94th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Isaias Serapio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 96th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the match was over Matade could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Anta FC throughout the match.
