After some fancy dribbling in the 8th minute, Paulo Ikatz managed to get in a good position for a shot. C.A. Alvear's supporters rose to their feet, but Paulo Ikatz was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Tomas Fagondo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After some careless play in the C.A. Alvear defense, Dario Lorencio kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Sebastian Gomesano. The C.A. Alvear fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Sebastian Gomesano should have stopped the shot. Sebastian Gomesano took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dario Lorencio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 24 minutes into the match, Dario Lorencio notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of C.A. Alvear's Sebastian Gomesano. Sebastian Gomesano was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Drake Nurthen in the 29th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Tomas Fagondo saved Manuel Belgrano F.C from getting behind. Dario Lorencio scored 0-3 in the 35th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Sebastian Gomesano, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 38th minute Dario Lorencio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sebastian Gomesano saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 44 minutes into the match, C.A. Alvear's goal looked a bit too open when Paco De Lucia came free, but Sebastian Gomesano reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 46 minutes into the match, Dario Lorencio notched a goal, 0-4, to the right of C.A. Alvear's Sebastian Gomesano. Sebastian Gomesano was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-4.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Dario Lorencio to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 54th minute, Drake Nurthen ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Tomas Fagondo was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-4. The C.A. Alvear fans' excitement grew in the 58th match minute when C.A. Alvear's Drake Nurthen looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-4 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. If Matias Fidensio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 62nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of C.A. Alvear booed when Manuel Belgrano F.C was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 64 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dario Lorencio didn't get a good kick on the ball. Paulo Ikatz shot the penalty kick right outside the post. Sebastian Gomesano made a fantastic save in the 77th minute, when Dario Lorencio sent off a good shot on target. Sebastian Gomesano showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dario Lorencio in the 82nd minute of the match. 86 minutes into the game, Drake Nurthen cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-4. Tomas Fagondo was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After a rather tough play, Manuel Belgrano F.C's Bernardino Colas got a free kick in the 96th minute.
