After a rather tough play, Cuervo hasta la Muerte's Isaac Francis got a free kick in the 11th minute. Aristides Tartalo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 15th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Javier Bizi in the 19th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Roberto Vedillo saved Cuervo hasta la Muerte from getting behind. Raul Benet took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 33rd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Roberto Vedillo. Cuervo hasta la Muerte's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. David Isaio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Zacarias Matei having to interfere. If Rogelio Sayvion had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Rogelio Sayvion was the one to do the kick off. Javier Bizi recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 52nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Javier Bizi in the 57th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Roberto Vedillo prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Aristides Tartalo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 65th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 69th minute of the match, Erasmo Admon got a very nice opportunity to score, but Zacarias Matei was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. After a rather tough play, Cuervo hasta la Muerte's Isaac Francis got a free kick in the 72nd minute. Javier Bizi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 73rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Zacarias Matei took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rogelio Sayvion, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 82nd minute, Aristides Tartalo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After having played for 86 minutes, Aristides Tartalo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. El Masa F.C's supporters crossed their fingers, but Aristides Tartalo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 89th minute, one of El Masa F.C:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for El Masa F.C. When the match had been going on for 91 minutes, Cuervo hasta la Muerte's Eduardo Palos got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Zacarias Matei. If Rogelio Sayvion had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. If Aristides Tartalo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 98th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. El Masa F.C were unable to convert their possession into goals, allowing Cuervo hasta la Muerte to leave the ground with a draw.
