David Isaio kicked well hit freekick during the 8th minute of the match. Jairo Tebaldo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 10th minute. Roberto Vedillo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Jairo Tebaldo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 20th minute of the game. One of Club Atlético Sale Bucal:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Cuervo hasta la Muerte:s goal. When the match had been going on for 21 minutes, Cuervo hasta la Muerte's Eduardo Palos got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Fabricio Iago. In the 26th minute, Jairo Tebaldo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. David Lazar fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Roberto Vedillo having to interfere. After the first half Club Atlético Sale Bucal were leading 1-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jeronimo Salvator couldn't finish the play. Club Atlético Sale Bucal's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jeronimo Salvator was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Jairo Tebaldo scored 1-6 in the 78th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Roberto Vedillo, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Diego Castel during the 82nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The nice shot from Jairo Tebaldo in the 84thth minute just in front of the goal should have ended in point on the board, but Roberto Vedillo had a great feel for the game and superbly saved the ball from getting in by the left post. An unexpectedly hard shot by David Lazar in the 87th minute of play forced Cuervo hasta la Muerte's goalkeeper Roberto Vedillo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 91st play minute Jairo Tebaldo came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Roberto Vedillo. 1-7. After a defensive mix-up in Club Atlético Sale Bucal's zone, Rogelio Sayvion stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Fabricio Iago came out of the goal and Rogelio Sayvion tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Club Atlético Sale Bucal's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
