Spectators: 7198 (Terracing: 5400, Seating: 1655, VIP seats: 143) After a rather tough play, Pucho Loco del Pomo's Prospero Hurko got a free kick in the 2nd minute. Julio Eleazar received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 11th minute. Nicanor Francho tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Julio Eleazar fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 13th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nicanor Francho having to interfere. Everardo Veronica showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Natalio Onofre, who was totally free with the ball in the 18th minute. Nicanor Francho showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lano Ondovilla in the 19th minute of the match. Julio Eleazar might have been able to make a better finish in the 19th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Nicanor Francho. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Julio Eleazar ran back to his position shaking his head. Carabobo FC's Everardo Veronica played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Prospero Hurko in the 21st minute of play. In the 25th minute, Lano Ondovilla got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Serafin Enekoitz recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 29th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 39 minutes of play, Pucho Loco del Pomo's Fabian Ignatius made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Everardo Veronica was left in no man's land by his defense there! A collision led to Pucho Loco del Pomo getting a freekick after 47 minutes play. Remo Ribeiro hit a great ball. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Natalio Onofre made the kick off in the second half. In the 51st match minute, Carabobo FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Serafin Enekoitz to maneuver through the defense. After having played for 54 minutes, Lucio Petrigai managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Pucho Loco del Pomo's supporters crossed their fingers, but Lucio Petrigai was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 56th match minute, Pucho Loco del Pomo was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Honorato Nerio to maneuver through the defense. After 64 played minutes Carabobo FC got a freekick which was hit by Mauro Ubarna. After 69 played minutes Pucho Loco del Pomo got a freekick which was hit by Prospero Hurko. In the 71st minute, Romeo Isadore hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Lano Ondovilla recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 77th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Romeo Isadore came up free with the goalie in the 80th minute, the Carabobo FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Romeo Isadore couldn't finish the play. Pucho Loco del Pomo's Nicanor Francho played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Romeo Isadore in the 87th minute of play.
