Nicanor Francho didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Julio Eleazar went, in the 77th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-1 was the resulting score. After 83 played minutes Carabobo FC got a freekick which was hit by Enzo Honesto. In the 86th minute Prospero Hurko shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Everardo Veronica saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Carabobo FC's Julio Eleazar got a free kick in the 87th minute. Lano Ondovilla received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 95th minute. Nicanor Francho tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Pucho Loco del Pomo's supporters were dissatisfied at the end of the match because Carabobo FC had won, even though Pucho Loco del Pomo had held more of the ball.
