After a defensive mix-up in Panacón's zone, Natalio Gutxi stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Marciano Isadore came out of the goal and Natalio Gutxi tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 44th minute of the match, Carlos Nuno got a very nice opportunity to score, but Marciano Isadore was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. If Natalio Gutxi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.

The wind increased when Conrado Crispo made the kick off in the second half. In the 54th match minute, Deportivo Mitre was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Silvestre Sesuldo to maneuver through the defense. Conrado Crispo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 59th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Marciano Isadore was delighted since he was out of position and the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. Modesto Florinio took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 65th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Marciano Isadore. Panacón's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Marciano Isadore stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Carlos Nuno's shot from short distance in the 71st minute. Natalio Gutxi kicked well hit freekick during the 74th minute of the match. In the 79th minute of the match Modesto Florinio shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Marciano Isadore showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. After having played for 87 minutes, Natalio Gutxi managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Deportivo Mitre's supporters crossed their fingers, but Natalio Gutxi was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Carlos Nuno's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Marciano Isadore read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 92nd minute of play. Carlos Nuno sent away a hard shot on goal in the 94th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Deportivo Mitre walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
