A collision led to Petronila AFC getting a freekick after 7 minutes play. Koit Müür hit a great ball. 9 minutes into the match, Dionisio Artal had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Damaso Txanton. Petronila AFC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Dionisio Artal was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. In the 12thth minute of the game Dionisio Artal who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Petronila AFC's Damaso Txanton was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 13th minute, Narciso Ramos hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. LA AKD's Nicolas Rexino played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Saverio Caton in the 21st minute of play. In the 24th minute, Saverio Caton ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Nicolas Rexino was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. A collision led to LA AKD getting a freekick after 27 minutes play. Enrique Bide hit a great ball. LA AKD's Nicolas Rexino played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Saverio Caton in the 31st minute of play. After a rather tough play, Petronila AFC's Basilio Cibran got a free kick in the 36th minute. Dionisio Artal's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Damaso Txanton read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 38th minute of play. In the 39th minute, Enrique Bide got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Enrique Bide fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 44th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Damaso Txanton having to interfere. In the 47th minute, Dionisio Artal fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. After some fancy dribbling in the 48th minute, Dionisio Artal managed to get in a good position for a shot. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Saverio Caton to make the kick off. The supporters of Petronila AFC booed when LA AKD was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 54 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dionisio Artal didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dionisio Artal in the 63rd minute of play forced Petronila AFC's goalkeeper Damaso Txanton to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Americo Sein could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 64th minute of the match, but Nicolas Rexino made a huge save. Enrique Bide hit a great freekick 65 minutes into the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Dionisio Artal in the 69th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Damaso Txanton saved Petronila AFC from getting behind. Americo Sein hit a great freekick 70 minutes into the match. Damaso Txanton took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dionisio Artal, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some careless play in the LA AKD defense, Saverio Caton kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Nicolas Rexino. The LA AKD fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Nicolas Rexino should have stopped the shot. Hernan Lore received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 85th minute. Damaso Txanton tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 86 minutes into the game, LA AKD's Dionisio Artal nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Damaso Txanton made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-2. 94 minutes into the match, Dionisio Artal had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Damaso Txanton. Petronila AFC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Dionisio Artal was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-2. For all the effort they put into the match, the Petronila AFC players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for LA AKD.
