Chelsea Fc's Diego Manzo proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 14th minute of the match, managed to save Chelsea Fc from getting a goal against them. Dario Cresitobalo succeeded in the game's 23rd minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 2-0. Cayetano Lander hit a great freekick 26 minutes into the match. Marcos Tiniebra scored 2-1 in the 32nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Zacarias Eneas, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Valter Käller received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 37th minute. Zacarias Eneas tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dario Cresitobalo in the 41st minute of play forced Chelsea Fc's goalkeeper Diego Manzo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Zacarias Eneas didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Raul Primeiro went, in the 43rd minute, to the upper right corner, 2-2 was the resulting score. When Valter Käller came up free with the goalie in the 47th minute, the Chelsea Fc fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Valter Käller couldn't finish the play. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Marcos Tiniebra made a kick off. 52 minutes into the match, Mercedes FC's goalkeeper Zacarias Eneas had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Valter Käller. Chelsea Fc's Marcos Tiniebra was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 52nd play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. After some careless play in the Chelsea Fc defense, Javier Truylos kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Diego Manzo. The Chelsea Fc fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Diego Manzo should have stopped the shot. Pablo Osoro charged in rather forcefully in the 64th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Pablo Osoro the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Marcos Tiniebra in the 72nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Zacarias Eneas saved Mercedes FC from getting behind. 76 minutes into the game, Dario Cresitobalo cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-3. Diego Manzo was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Chelsea Fc's Diego Manzo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Domingos Norino in the 88th minute of play. Many of Chelsea Fc's supporters were seen to leave the ground early as it became clear their team was going to lose. Chelsea Fc may have spent more time on the ball, but Mercedes FC were more willing to take their chances and they walked away with the win.
