In the 15th minute Nestor Venerando shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jacinto Balendin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Nunez Ciceron's late challenge caught a Gowlan's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Nunez Ciceron helped the player get up and apologised. Marcelo Victoro could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 18th minute of the match, but Saverio Franco made a huge save. Gowlan's Saverio Franco played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Adrian Txordon in the 21st minute of play. If Nestor Venerando had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Nunez Ciceron hit a great freekick 30 minutes into the match. Jacinto Balendin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nestor Venerando, who was totally free with the ball in the 34th minute. When Gervasio Admon fell near the penalty area in the 35th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Gowlan's protests and gave Gervasio Admon a yellow card for diving instead. Jacinto Balendin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nestor Venerando in the 41st minute of play. Jacinto Balendin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nestor Venerando in the 42nd minute of the match. Gowlan's Saverio Franco proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 44th minute of the match, managed to save Gowlan from getting a goal against them. In the 46th minute of the match Francisco Fraco sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Jacinto Balendin skillfully saved the ball. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Cirilo Cordara received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 52nd minute. Saverio Franco tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Victor Veronica's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 58thth minute, Jacinto Balendin skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Saverio Franco showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Adrian Txordon, who was totally free with the ball in the 63rd minute. After a rather tough play, Chorrillos's Nunez Ciceron got a free kick in the 67th minute. Evelio Velasco sent away a hard shot on goal in the 68th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Victor Veronica's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Jacinto Balendin firmly grabbed it by the left post. Adrian Txordon charged in rather forcefully in the 70th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Adrian Txordon the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Gowlan's Valentin Eneto got a free kick in the 72nd minute. In the 73rd minute of the match Cirilo Cordara sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Saverio Franco skillfully saved the ball. After 75 played minutes Gowlan got a freekick which was hit by Evelio Velasco. After some careless play in the Gowlan defense, Marcelo Victoro kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Saverio Franco. The Gowlan fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Saverio Franco should have stopped the shot. Marcelo Victoro took the ball and in the 88 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Saverio Franco. Saverio Franco dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 5-1. Nestor Venerando fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jacinto Balendin having to interfere. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Chorrillos fully deserved thier win.
