The Argentinos al Palo fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. Jonatan Berbiz scored 0-3 in the 27th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Bernardo Innocenzio, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After some fancy dribbling in the 32nd minute, Jonatan Berbiz managed to get in a good position for a shot. Argentinos al Palo's supporters rose to their feet, but Jonatan Berbiz was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Bernardo Innocenzio breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 35 minutes into the match, Jonatan Berbiz had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Bernardo Innocenzio. Avellaneda es Rojo's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Jonatan Berbiz was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-4. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Fausto Pereira in the 41st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Bernardo Innocenzio prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 44th minute, Eugenio Corderro reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Generoso Marz. The goal made the score 1-4. Avellaneda es Rojo's Bernardo Innocenzio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jonatan Berbiz in the 47th minute of play. The Avellaneda es Rojo players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Argentinos al Palo were winning 1-4.

The wind increased when Enrique Atauri made the kick off in the second half. Enrique Atauri's late challenge caught a Argentinos al Palo's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Enrique Atauri helped the player get up and apologised. After 52 played minutes Avellaneda es Rojo got a freekick which was hit by Enrique Atauri. Bernardo Innocenzio came out of the goal in the 57th minute to try and stop a shot by Argentinos al Palo's Jonatan Berbiz. But to his dismay, Jonatan Berbiz quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-5. After 61 played minutes Avellaneda es Rojo got a freekick which was hit by Niceto Daunte. Jonatan Berbiz's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 62ndth minute, Bernardo Innocenzio skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. 69 minutes into the match, Jonatan Berbiz dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Bernardo Innocenzio, 1-6. After some fancy dribbling in the 76th minute, Jonatan Berbiz managed to get in a good position for a shot. In the 95th minute, Angelino Hever got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Argentinos al Palo's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
