Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Leopoldo Goren started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Arsenio Elixio took the ball and in the 2 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Paulino Iliana. Paulino Iliana dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Paulino Iliana showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Arsenio Elixio, who was totally free with the ball in the 6th minute. Oscar Mellberg struck a weak shot in the 10th minute. Paulino Iliana didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Minotauro F.C.. Paulino Iliana made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Adan Gaizko in the 13th minute of play. In the 15th minute, Gerardo Jaunti left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Colangüil fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Oscar Mellberg in the 18th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Paulino Iliana saved Colangüil from getting behind. Paulino Iliana showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Oscar Mellberg in the 22nd minute of the match. Mario Tabb showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Leopoldo Goren in the 24th minute of the match. In the 27th minute Oscar Mellberg shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Paulino Iliana saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 28 minutes into the match, Minotauro F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Leopoldo Goren came free, but Mario Tabb reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After having played for 31 minutes, Oscar Mellberg managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Minotauro F.C.'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Oscar Mellberg was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Oscar Mellberg sent away a hard shot on goal in the 33rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The supporters of Minotauro F.C. booed when Colangüil was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 34 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gerardo Jaunti didn't get a good kick on the ball. The audience was convinced that Oscar Mellberg's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Paulino Iliana was relentless in the 35th minute of the game. In the 36thth minute of the game Oscar Mellberg who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Colangüil's Paulino Iliana was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Oscar Mellberg to strike the kick off in the second half. Paulino Iliana came out of the goal in the 56th minute to try and stop a shot by Minotauro F.C.'s Oscar Mellberg. But to his dismay, Oscar Mellberg quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-4. Mario Tabb made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Leopoldo Goren in the 61st minute of play. Colangüil's defense didn't have a chance, in the 64th minute, when Danilo Moise scored to the left of an out of position Paulino Iliana, making the score, 1-5. In the 68th minute Oscar Mellberg shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Paulino Iliana saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jaime Brun hit a great freekick 74 minutes into the match. Leopoldo Goren's late challenge caught a Minotauro F.C.'s player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Leopoldo Goren helped the player get up and apologised. After 77 played minutes Colangüil got a freekick which was hit by Leopoldo Goren. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Joel Oriol during the 78th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Paulino Iliana showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Adan Gaizko in the 82nd minute of the match. If Oscar Mellberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
