With a little luck, Rosario Central's Jesus Conrao got control of the ball when Silvano Evis tried to sneak it across the goal line. Godofredo Baldovino took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Joel Lluterio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of Rosario Central booed when Barker FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 23 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jacobo Amor didn't get a good kick on the ball. Barker FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Genaro Rufio was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Barker FC's Genaro Rufio got a good chance for a goal in the 40th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Rosario Central's Jesus Conrao proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 45th minute of the match, managed to save Rosario Central from getting a goal against them. Adolfo Eron kicked well hit freekick during the 47th minute of the match. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-2 lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Virgilio Tipi stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Genaro Rufio in the 57th minute of play forced Rosario Central's goalkeeper Jesus Conrao to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 59th minute, Virgilio Tipi got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Joel Lluterio's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 62ndth minute, Godofredo Baldovino skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. A collision led to Barker FC getting a freekick after 73 minutes play. Jacobo Amor hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Placido Gerazan in the 76th minute of play forced Rosario Central's goalkeeper Jesus Conrao to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Godofredo Baldovino showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Virgilio Tipi, who was totally free with the ball in the 78th minute. When Genaro Rufio came up free with the goalie in the 81st minute, the Barker FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Genaro Rufio couldn't finish the play. In the 87th minute, Silvano Evis left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Barker FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-2. Silvano Evis received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 91st minute. Jesus Conrao tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 93rd minute, Placido Gerazan left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net.
