In the 15th minute, Ion Rada got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 16 minutes, Mario Larpe mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Betelgeuse FC and the Milton FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Betelgeuse FC getting a freekick after 16 minutes play. Mario Larpe hit a great ball. Rogelio Javiero showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Arnoldo Lucila, who was totally free with the ball in the 90th minute. The Betelgeuse FC fans cheered their team off the field, for while Milton FC had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
