Eriberto Demesio made an important save on a dangerous shot by Dante Weather in the 7th minute. 9 minutes into the match, Balcarce FC's Ernesto Abel sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Aquiles Venceslas narrowly saved just below the crossbar. An unexpected shot in the 23rd minute by Dante Weather got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. After 24 played minutes Balcarce FC got a freekick which was hit by Laureano Cai. Rene Tino's shot from long distance in the 25th minute was not bad at all, but Balcarce FC's Eriberto Demesio knew what was happening and pushed the ball into his arms just before it hit the right post. Balcarce FC's Eriberto Demesio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Romeo Illan in the 37th minute of play. If Maximiliano Gaizko had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The audience thought a goal was coming when Dante Weather got free with Eriberto Demesio in the 41st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. An unexpectedly hard shot by Maximiliano Gaizko in the 42nd minute of play forced C.A.Sportivo San Lorenzo's goalkeeper Aquiles Venceslas to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Eriberto Demesio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Romeo Illan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Balcarce FC's Eriberto Demesio proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 46th minute of the match, managed to save Balcarce FC from getting a goal against them. 48 minutes into the game, Dante Weather cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Eriberto Demesio was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in.

The wind increased when Ernesto Abel made the kick off in the second half. In the 55th minute, Teodosio Laurgain ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Eriberto Demesio was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Romeo Illan in the 59th minute of play forced Balcarce FC's goalkeeper Eriberto Demesio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Dante Weather's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Eriberto Demesio read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 61st minute of play. In the 69th minute, one of Balcarce FC:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Balcarce FC. The referee gave C.A.Sportivo San Lorenzo a penalty, 71 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Rene Tino, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Balcarce FC's Eriberto Demesio. 3-0. 76 minutes into the match, Balcarce FC's goal looked a bit too open when Romeo Illan came free, but Eriberto Demesio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ismael Lastur's late challenge caught a C.A.Sportivo San Lorenzo's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ismael Lastur helped the player get up and apologised. After 78 played minutes, C.A.Sportivo San Lorenzo's Rene Tino shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Eriberto Demesio came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in C.A.Sportivo San Lorenzo reached it. In the 80th minute, Angel Beltran hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Aquiles Venceslas was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Eriberto Demesio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Froilan Cordarrel, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. C.A.Sportivo San Lorenzo walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
