The audience was convinced that Anibal Chan's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Domingos Llorenc was relentless in the 32nd minute of the game. Domingos Llorenc came out of the goal in the 40th minute to try and stop a shot by Báez's Eleuterio Urdaspal. But to his dismay, Eleuterio Urdaspal quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0.
