The MILO FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. After 10 played minutes, MILO FC's Reynaldo Sazon shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Marcelino Horado came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in MILO FC reached it. Carcarañá AFC's Marcelino Horado played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Victor Guillelme in the 18th minute of play. Marcelo Victoro kicked well hit freekick during the 22nd minute of the match. In the 32nd minute Gaudencio Etor shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Benicio Michael saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Marcelino Horado stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Kjell-Arne Hagberg's shot from short distance in the 34th minute. Gaudencio Etor received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 37th minute. Benicio Michael tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Kjell-Arne Hagberg in the 42nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Marcelino Horado saved Carcarañá AFC from getting behind. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

MILO FC were awarded a corner in the 52th minute after Carcarañá AFC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Reynaldo Sazon took the corner. When the match had gone on for 57 minutes, Victor Guillelme took a quick shot and it went in 0-3 without a chance for Marcelino Horado to make any attempt to save it. Marcelino Horado made an important save on a dangerous shot by Kjell-Arne Hagberg in the 66th minute. If Victor Guillelme had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Kjell-Arne Hagberg's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 95thth minute, Marcelino Horado skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. MILO FC had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
