A collision led to Runciman getting a freekick after 16 minutes play. Oscar Frisco hit a great ball. Rosendo Florin hit a great freekick 21 minutes into the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Dalmacio Pello during the 22nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Runciman's Roman Loren played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Clemente Lizer in the 23rd minute of play. 26 minutes into the game, Clemente Lizer recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Roman Loren. Clemente Lizer showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 4-0. Niceto Kepa hit a great freekick 29 minutes into the match. Roman Loren came out of the goal in the 32nd minute to try and stop a shot by Racing Club's Clemente Lizer. But to his dismay, Clemente Lizer quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 5-0. Froilan Felo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 35th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 37 minutes in the game, the ball went up into the seats when Racing Club's Clemente Lizer fired away a shot that was just a little bit too high. He walked away shaking his head. Runciman's defense didn't have a chance, in the 38th minute, when Froilan Felo scored to the left of an out of position Roman Loren, making the score, 6-0. Clemente Lizer struck a weak shot in the 42nd minute. Roman Loren didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Racing Club. After 43 minutes of play, Racing Club's Clemente Lizer made it 7-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Roman Loren was left in no man's land by his defense there! 48 minutes into the match, Runciman's goalkeeper Roman Loren had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Clemente Lizer. Af the end of the first half the score was 7-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Clemente Lizer was the one to do the kick off. Roman Loren showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Clemente Lizer, who was totally free with the ball in the 53rd minute. In the 58thth minute of the game Clemente Lizer who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Runciman's Roman Loren was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Rosendo Florin hit a great freekick 59 minutes into the match. Racing Club's Prudencio Ascencio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Flavio Lia in the 62nd minute of play. Roman Loren stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Clemente Lizer's shot from short distance in the 66th minute. Prudencio Ascencio was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Froilan Felo might have been able to make a better finish in the 79th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Roman Loren. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Froilan Felo ran back to his position shaking his head. Runciman's Roman Loren played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Aurelio Azeari in the 83rd minute of play. 86 minutes into the match, Oscar Frisco had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Prudencio Ascencio. Racing Club's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Oscar Frisco was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 7-2. The Racing Club fans' excitement grew in the 89th match minute when Racing Club's Clemente Lizer looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 8-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. After some fancy dribbling in the 93rd minute, Clemente Lizer managed to get in a good position for a shot. Racing Club's supporters rose to their feet, but Clemente Lizer was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Roman Loren breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Francisco Chayo struck a weak shot in the 95th minute. Roman Loren didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Racing Club. When Clemente Lizer, who was free, got the in front of the goal in the 97 minute he wasn't focused and tipped the ball just over the goal. The Roman Loren was delighted since the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Racing Club had played much better football throughout.
