Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Teobaldo Mannuel took the kick off in the first half of the match. Armando Afonso could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 3rd minute of the match, but Braulio Boniel made a huge save. Jonas Pabla came out of the goal in the 6th minute to try and stop a shot by Goudge's Teobaldo Mannuel. But to his dismay, Teobaldo Mannuel quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Goudge's Braulio Boniel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Melchor Matteo in the 9th minute of play. When Mauro Iliana came up free with the goalie in the 12th minute, the Salada FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Mauro Iliana couldn't finish the play. Baldomiro James received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 21st minute. Braulio Boniel tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 23rd minute, Angelino Rutenio managed to get in a good position for a shot. Goudge's supporters rose to their feet, but Angelino Rutenio was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jonas Pabla breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 26th minute, Flavio Ranolfo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Jonas Pabla took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Angelino Rutenio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Israel Macerio might have been able to make a better finish in the 33rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Braulio Boniel. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Israel Macerio ran back to his position shaking his head. Melchor Matteo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 36th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Salada FC's Armando Afonso got a good chance for a goal in the 38th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Mauro Iliana to strike the kick off in the second half. Mauro Iliana struck a weak shot in the 65th minute. Braulio Boniel didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Salada FC. After a rather tough play, Salada FC's Armando Afonso got a free kick in the 69th minute. Melchor Matteo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 72nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Armando Afonso recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 74th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Melchor Matteo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 79th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The Salada FC manager could be seen shouting at his players as they walked down the tunnel after the match. He was clearly angry that they had squandered their superior possession, allowing Goudge to win.
