The supporters of Cano AFC booed when LA TENES ADENTRO was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 13 match minutes in a wonderful position. Emil Pstrongowski didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 17th minute, Raul Tano managed to get in a good position for a shot. The crowd rose to their feet as Claudio Larpe kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Juan Montez. That made the score 2-1 in the 43 minute of play. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-1.

53 minutes into the match, Jairo Frichoso dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Eulalio Mikelar, 2-2. 56 minutes into the match, Cano AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Rodolfo Izel came free, but Juan Montez reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Cano AFC's zone, Rodolfo Izel stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Juan Montez came out of the goal and Rodolfo Izel tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Juan Montez didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Arnoldo Astudillo went, in the 63rd minute, to the upper right corner, 3-2 was the resulting score. If Claudio Larpe had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Indrek Öpik kicked well hit freekick during the 69th minute of the match. Pascual Mincho's late challenge caught a Cano AFC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Pascual Mincho helped the player get up and apologised. Pascual Mincho hit a great freekick 72 minutes into the match. Astor Oxarra charged in rather forcefully in the 86th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. LA TENES ADENTRO were clearly unhappy with the draw, as they felt they had done enough to earn themselves a victory.
