The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Vladimiro Rik could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 20th minute of the match, but Segundo Gregory made a huge save. Rigoberto Ponc kicked well hit freekick during the 25th minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Vladimiro Rik got free with Segundo Gregory in the 25th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Atilano Lauro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Segundo Gregory having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ruperto Urdaspal in the 29th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ruperto Erasto prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 31 minutes Capivara's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Hipolito Millano who took care of the corner kick. After taking down the ball on Florida AFC's corner Hipolito Millano fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Ruperto Erasto quite easily take care of the ball. Vladimiro Rik recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 37th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Fabricio Tano had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Ruperto Urdaspal stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. A collision led to Florida AFC getting a freekick after 60 minutes play. Saul Chorache hit a great ball. Ruperto Erasto took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ruperto Urdaspal, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ruperto Erasto showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ruperto Urdaspal, who was totally free with the ball in the 66th minute. Fulgencio Arixo's late challenge caught a Florida AFC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card.
