The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-3.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Henrique Freitas stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Paulino Lizbeth showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Arnulfo Lucero in the 58th minute of the match. Paulino Lizbeth took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Beniamin Bryk, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Paulino Lizbeth showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Arnulfo Lucero, who was totally free with the ball in the 62nd minute. Philipps played a much better game than Submarino FC and deserved their victory. The Submarino FC players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
