Elias Otsoas short, quick shot in the 19thth minute got Adan Calixto to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. With a little luck, Nogoyá FC's Adan Calixto got control of the ball when Jacobo Barrionuevo tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 47 played minutes Nogoyá FC got a freekick which was hit by Vladimiro Bihar. Adan Calixto acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 48th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Benê Severo. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Elias Otsoa stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After some fancy dribbling in the 52nd minute, Blas Tirso managed to get in a good position for a shot. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Adan Calixto showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. After 95 played minutes, Chalacea's Benê Severo shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Adan Calixto came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Chalacea reached it. Norberto Esdras hit a great freekick 96 minutes into the match. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Chalacea had played much better football throughout.
