Sunchu's Emiliano Egoitz proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 4th minute of the match, managed to save Sunchu from getting a goal against them. Bernardo Bibiano's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Emiliano Egoitz read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 9th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Timoteo Alonso got free with Emiliano Egoitz in the 13th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Sunchu's Emiliano Egoitz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jacinto Vigil in the 16th minute of play. In the 18th minute, Bernardo Bibiano left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Bocayuva FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. 21 minutes into the match, Bernardo Bibiano had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Emiliano Egoitz. Sunchu's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Bernardo Bibiano was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Emiliano Egoitz prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Bernardo Bibiano recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 40th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Bernardo Bibiano fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 43rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Emiliano Egoitz having to interfere. Jacinto Vigil received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 46th minute. Emiliano Egoitz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

The wind increased when Timoteo Alonso made the kick off in the second half. After a defensive mix-up in Sunchu's zone, Bernardo Bibiano stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Emiliano Egoitz came out of the goal and Bernardo Bibiano tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Timoteo Alonso recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 54th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Emiliano Egoitz came out of the goal in the 56th minute to try and stop a shot by Bocayuva FC's Bernardo Bibiano. But to his dismay, Bernardo Bibiano quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. Emiliano Egoitz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bernardo Bibiano in the 60th minute of play. Emiliano Egoitz was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Bocayuva FC fully deserved thier win.
