Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Eriberto Kauldi kicked off to start the match. After 7 minutes of play, Travesía's Florentino Ignado made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Fabio Romo was left in no man's land by his defense there! Carmelo Hustaz struck a weak shot in the 11th minute. Fabio Romo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Travesía. Fabio Romo didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Norberto Chago went, in the 15th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score. In the 18th minute Elias Goyo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fabio Romo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Fabio Romo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Elias Goyo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Florentino Ignado came up free with the goalie in the 21st minute, the Travesía fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Florentino Ignado couldn't finish the play. Elias Goyo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 25th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Caitaco AFC's Fabio Romo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Elias Goyo in the 27th minute of play. Florentino Ignado received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 30th minute. Fabio Romo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 38th minute, Elias Goyo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 40th minute, Travesía's Elias Goyo dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 3-0. After a defensive mix-up in Caitaco AFC's zone, Florentino Ignado stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Fabio Romo came out of the goal and Florentino Ignado tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Fabio Romo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Elias Goyo in the 47th minute of the match. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Elias Goyo to strike the kick off in the second half. Fabio Romo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Elias Goyo, who was totally free with the ball in the 51st minute. Eriberto Kauldi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 52nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rodolfo Mero having to interfere. In the 56th play minute Martin Gimenez came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Rodolfo Mero. 3-1. 59 minutes into the match, Caitaco AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Elias Goyo came free, but Fabio Romo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Florentino Ignado had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 60th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 65 minutes into the match, Florentino Ignado had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Fabio Romo. Caitaco AFC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Florentino Ignado was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Elias Goyo in the 70th minute of play forced Caitaco AFC's goalkeeper Fabio Romo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some careless play in the Caitaco AFC defense, Florentino Ignado kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Fabio Romo. The Caitaco AFC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Fabio Romo should have stopped the shot. After 78 played minutes Travesía got a freekick which was hit by Elias Goyo. An unexpectedly hard shot by Florentino Ignado in the 80th minute of play forced Caitaco AFC's goalkeeper Fabio Romo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
