AYACUCHO FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Verna AFC the free kick. Fabian Tabby kicked well hit freekick during the 15th minute of the match. Marcial Tancredo was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Silverio Gotzon showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-0 in the 17 minute of play. Silverio Gotzon fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marcial Tancredo having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Silverio Gotzon in the 60th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Marcial Tancredo saved Verna AFC from getting behind. Silverio Gotzon sent away a hard shot on goal in the 62nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Silverio Gotzon fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 67th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marcial Tancredo having to interfere. Marcial Tancredo guarding the goal like a pit bull was extremely focused and managed to reach the ball just by the crossbar before it went in. 77 minutes into the game, AYACUCHO FC's Silverio Gotzon nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Marcial Tancredo made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 6-0. AYACUCHO FC's Amadeo Remigio was substituted for Silverio Gotzon. In the 90th minute of the match AYACUCHO FC got a corner. Verna AFC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Alfonso Ralondo ran over to the corner to take the kick. After 92 minutes, Epifanio Bernard mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Verna AFC and the AYACUCHO FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of AYACUCHO FC booed when Verna AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 92 match minutes in a wonderful position. Epifanio Bernard didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 95thth minute of the game Amadeo Remigio who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Verna AFC's Marcial Tancredo was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. AYACUCHO FC's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
