Rene Jerano took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 18th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Genaro Ihintza. CuyayaSports's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 21st minute, Valdemar Kotrla managed to get in a good position for a shot. C.A.I's supporters rose to their feet, but Valdemar Kotrla was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Genaro Ihintza breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 22nd minute, Valdemar Kotrla reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Genaro Ihintza. The goal made the score 1-0. Anders Holm sent away a hard shot on goal in the 25th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Elias Frasco kicked well hit freekick during the 28th minute of the match. Lars Vennerlund charged in rather forcefully in the 30th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Lars Vennerlund the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. With a little luck, CuyayaSports's Genaro Ihintza got control of the ball when Anders Holm tried to sneak it across the goal line. 40 minutes into the match, Rene Jerano dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Genaro Ihintza, 2-0. Genaro Ihintza showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Valdemar Kotrla, who was totally free with the ball in the 45th minute. Agustin Lorien had several of the CuyayaSports's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 46 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 3-0 score and a disappointed Genaro Ihintza as he didn't even see the shot coming. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Herminio Ted stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Genaro Ihintza made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Valdemar Kotrla in the 61st minute of play. Genaro Ihintza showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Anders Holm, who was totally free with the ball in the 66th minute. C.A.I's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Rene Jerano in the 67th minute. C.A.I were awarded a corner in the 69th minute after CuyayaSports's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Rene Jerano took the corner. If Valdemar Kotrla had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 70th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of CuyayaSports booed when C.A.I was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 73 match minutes in a wonderful position. Camilo Bermudo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Miguel Shantala didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Elias Frasco went, in the 84th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-1 was the resulting score. With 89 minutes on the clock, Moises Etxahun commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. The supporters of CuyayaSports booed when C.A.I was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 90 match minutes in a wonderful position. Moises Etxahun didn't get a good kick on the ball. After having played for 92 minutes, Herminio Ted managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. CuyayaSports's supporters crossed their fingers, but Herminio Ted was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 93 minutes into the match, Elias Frasco notched a goal, 3-2, to the right of C.A.I's Miguel Shantala. Miguel Shantala was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. C.A.I walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
