Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Arnaldo Nel took the kick off in the first half of the match. In the 5thth minute of the game Erasmo Policarpio who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Copacabana's Delmar Kusko was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. A collision led to Hay Equipo getting a freekick after 9 minutes play. Octavio Edwardo hit a great ball. Freddy Medero blasted a shot towards the goal in the 13th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Delmar Kusko having to make a save. 21 minutes into the match, Hay Equipo's goalkeeper Victor Sotil had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Arnaldo Nel. The crowd rose to their feet as Bruno Austin kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Victor Sotil. That made the score 1-0 in the 22 minute of play. Victor Sotil made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Arnaldo Nel in the 25th minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Erasmo Policarpio during the 28th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 28th match minute, Hay Equipo was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Erasmo Policarpio to maneuver through the defense. Freddy Medero blasted a shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Delmar Kusko having to make a save. When the match had gone on for 35 minutes, Arnaldo Nel took a quick shot and it went in 2-0 without a chance for Victor Sotil to make any attempt to save it. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Erasmo Policarpio made a kick off. Delmar Kusko made a fantastic save in the 52nd minute, when Erasmo Policarpio sent off a good shot on target. A sloppy throw-in by Teodoro Santo in the 53rd minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Copacabana's Prudencio Iturri. 56 minutes into the game, Copacabana's Arnaldo Nel nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Victor Sotil made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-0. Pascual Abreu kicked well hit freekick during the 62nd minute of the match. When the match clock showed 63 minutes, the score became 4-0 when Arnaldo Nel sped through Hay Equipo's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Victor Sotil. After having played for 69 minutes, Bruno Austin managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Copacabana's supporters crossed their fingers, but Bruno Austin was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 72 minutes into the game, Copacabana's Arnaldo Nel nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Victor Sotil made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 5-0. 79 minutes into the match, Cayetano Aimar had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Victor Sotil. Hay Equipo's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Cayetano Aimar was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 6-0. After some fancy dribbling in the 82nd minute, Arnaldo Nel managed to get in a good position for a shot. Copacabana's supporters rose to their feet, but Arnaldo Nel was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Victor Sotil breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 84 minutes into the game, Cayetano Aimar cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 7-0. Victor Sotil was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Victor Sotil showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cayetano Aimar in the 89th minute of the match. The supporters of Copacabana booed when Hay Equipo was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 92 match minutes in a wonderful position. Octavio Edwardo didn't get a good kick on the ball. When the referee ended the match the Copacabana players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
