Campanas FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Madagascar F. C the free kick. A collision led to Campanas FC getting a freekick after 4 minutes play. Aristides Paez hit a great ball. After 10 minutes of play, Campanas FC's Aristides Paez made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Francisco Jesus was left in no man's land by his defense there! With 13 minutes on the clock, Nicanor Ramond commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. A collision led to Madagascar F. C getting a freekick after 14 minutes play. Nicanor Ramond hit a great ball. After having played for 15 minutes, Froilan Eguen managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Campanas FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Froilan Eguen was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 17th minute Aristides Paez shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Francisco Jesus saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 20th minute Ermegildo Lamberto shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gaston Vimaro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Francisco Jesus showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Angelino Chabier, who was totally free with the ball in the 21st minute. Campanas FC's Gaston Vimaro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cornelio Dominic in the 23rd minute of play. Cornelio Dominic received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 25th minute. Gaston Vimaro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The crowd rose to their feet as Ermegildo Lamberto kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Gaston Vimaro. That made the score 1-1 in the 32 minute of play. When Ermegildo Lamberto came up free with the goalie in the 47th minute, the Madagascar F. C fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ermegildo Lamberto couldn't finish the play.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Aristides Paez was the one to do the kick off. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Cornelio Dominic in the 55th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Gaston Vimaro prevented the ball from getting in the gole. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ermegildo Lamberto in the 56th minute of play forced Campanas FC's goalkeeper Gaston Vimaro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of Madagascar F. C booed when Campanas FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 57 match minutes in a wonderful position. Uriel Gilabert didn't get a good kick on the ball. The crowd rose to their feet as Aristides Paez kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Francisco Jesus. That made the score 1-2 in the 64 minute of play. Francisco Jesus made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Aristides Paez in the 70th minute of play. Aristides Paez kicked well hit freekick during the 74th minute of the match. 76 minutes into the match, Madagascar F. C's goal looked a bit too open when Aristides Paez came free, but Francisco Jesus reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Madagascar F. C's Francisco Jesus proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 77th minute of the match, managed to save Madagascar F. C from getting a goal against them. Donato Idacio could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 86th minute of the match, but Francisco Jesus made a huge save. In the 95th match minute, Madagascar F. C was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ermegildo Lamberto to maneuver through the defense. The Campanas FC players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
