After 5 played minutes La Armada Cósmica FC ® got a freekick which was hit by Abel Mederi. After a defensive mix-up in La Armada Cósmica FC ®'s zone, Fabian Federigo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Edelmiro Jon came out of the goal and Fabian Federigo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 8th minute, German Otsoko got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when German Otsoko got free with Edelmiro Jon in the 10th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Santos Cilio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Emilio Breogan, who was totally free with the ball in the 16th minute. Edelmiro Jon made an important save on a dangerous shot by German Otsoko in the 17th minute. German Otsoko could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 18th minute of the match, but Edelmiro Jon made a huge save. Santos Cilio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cecilio Argenis in the 22nd minute of the match. If German Otsoko had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. It seemed to be an obvious goal in the 29th minute, but Edelmiro Jon got his fingers on the ball or the save, leaving La Armada Cósmica FC ® hanging dry this time. German Otsoko recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 31st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The supporters of C.A. Villa Alvear Chaco booed when La Armada Cósmica FC ® was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 33 match minutes in a wonderful position. Abel Mederi didn't get a good kick on the ball. Santos Cilio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Marciano Serafo, who was totally free with the ball in the 39th minute. Edelmiro Jon made a fantastic save in the 42nd minute, when German Otsoko sent off a good shot on target. German Otsoko fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 46th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Edelmiro Jon having to interfere. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The wind increased when Marciano Serafo made the kick off in the second half. If Flavio Lia had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 56th minute German Otsoko shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Edelmiro Jon saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling German Otsoko in the 58th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Edelmiro Jon prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Santos Cilio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cecilio Argenis, who was totally free with the ball in the 65th minute. Flavio Lia fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Edelmiro Jon having to interfere. Flavio Lia struck a weak shot in the 68th minute. Edelmiro Jon didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for C.A. Villa Alvear Chaco. If German Otsoko had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 77th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Flavio Lia recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 80th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Edelmiro Jon came out of the goal in the 81st minute to try and stop a shot by C.A. Villa Alvear Chaco's German Otsoko. But to his dismay, German Otsoko quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. 86 minutes into the game, C.A. Villa Alvear Chaco's Flavio Lia nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Edelmiro Jon made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. Flavio Lia recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 96th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. C.A. Villa Alvear Chaco's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
