Spectators: 6638 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1638, VIP seats: 0) Roma 's Ulises Vela started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Augusto Manilan came out of the goal in the 4th minute to try and stop a shot by Roma 's Ulises Vela. But to his dismay, Ulises Vela quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Roma 's Ulises Vela got a good chance for a goal in the 9th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Bernabe Rodriguez could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 12th minute of the match, but Jacinto Odon made a huge save. Bernabe Rodriguez's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Jacinto Odon firmly grabbed it by the left post. 15 minutes into the match, Bernabe Rodriguez notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of Roma 's Jacinto Odon. Jacinto Odon was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Bernabe Rodriguez fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jacinto Odon having to interfere. Augusto Manilan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ulises Vela in the 23rd minute of play. 24 minutes into the game, Emiliano Poncio was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Samico's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Roma the free kick. After a rather tough play, Samico's Emiliano Poncio got a free kick in the 24th minute. Bernabe Rodriguez could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 29th minute of the match, but Jacinto Odon made a huge save. After 29 minutes, Eustacio Gaizkine mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Roma and the Samico players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Roma getting a freekick after 29 minutes play. Eustacio Gaizkine hit a great ball. In the 36th minute of the match, Bernabe Rodriguez got a very nice opportunity to score, but Jacinto Odon was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Edgard Seguinus blasted a shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Jacinto Odon having to make a save. Thanks to some nice moves Bernabe Rodriguez could shoot a difficult shot in the 44th minute, which Jacinto Odon however easily saved by the left post. Ulises Vela fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 46th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Augusto Manilan having to interfere. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-1 at half-time.

In the 51st match minute, Roma was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Denis Montez to maneuver through the defense. Jacinto Odon showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bernabe Rodriguez, who was totally free with the ball in the 59th minute. After 62 minutes of play, Samico's Edgard Seguinus made it 3-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Jacinto Odon was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 65th minute Bernabe Rodriguez shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jacinto Odon saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience was convinced that Bernabe Rodriguez's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Jacinto Odon was relentless in the 72nd minute of the game. When Emiliano Poncio was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 76 minutes had been played. 78 minutes in the game Reynaldo Bihar got a great opportunity which he missed by shooting outside the goal. After having played for 80 minutes, Saverio Ricart managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Roma 's supporters crossed their fingers, but Saverio Ricart was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 83 played minutes Roma got a freekick which was hit by Honorio Huly. The crowd rose to their feet as Roma 's Ulises Vela slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Augusto Manilan. That made the score 3-2 after 86 minutes of play. Samico's Augusto Manilan proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 94th minute of the match, managed to save Samico from getting a goal against them. Ulises Vela fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 96th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Augusto Manilan having to interfere. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Samico fans cheered their team off the field, for while Roma had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
