In the 6th minute of the match, Iker Jon tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Delmar Hotz saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Fermin Evangelista struck a weak shot in the 8th minute. Leandro Panpili didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Atletico San Miguel. After 34 minutes, Everardo Mannuel mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Los Coco FC and the Atletico San Miguel players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Los Coco FC's Everardo Mannuel got a free kick in the 34th minute. Fermin Evangelista recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 38th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Fermin Evangelista sent away a hard shot on goal in the 46th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Iker Jon stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 54th minute, Everardo Mannuel got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Atletico San Miguel's Delmar Hotz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Iker Jon in the 56th minute of play. Delmar Hotz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Danilo Salvino in the 58th minute of play. Leandro Panpili showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Vítor Nogueira, who was totally free with the ball in the 62nd minute. Fermin Evangelista blasted a shot towards the goal in the 64th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Leandro Panpili having to make a save. In the 67th minute Danilo Salvino shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Delmar Hotz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Los Coco FC's Danilo Salvino in 67 game minutes managed to cut through with the ball in front of the goal, only having to shoot. Delmar Hotz guarding the goal like a pit bull was extremely focused and managed to reach the ball just by the crossbar before it went in. Delmar Hotz stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Iker Jon's shot from short distance in the 69th minute. 70 minutes into the match, Atletico San Miguel's goal looked a bit too open when Everardo Mannuel came free, but Delmar Hotz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 72 minutes into the match, Everardo Mannuel had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Delmar Hotz. Atletico San Miguel's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Everardo Mannuel was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-0. Delmar Hotz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Adan Bero in the 79th minute of play. Fermin Evangelista sent away a hard shot on goal in the 81st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Vítor Nogueira came up free with the goalie in the 86th minute, the Atletico San Miguel fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Vítor Nogueira couldn't finish the play. Vítor Nogueira sent away a hard shot on goal in the 87th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Los Coco FC walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
