An unexpectedly hard shot by Teodoro Quintana in the 26th minute of play forced Club Estrella de Boedo's goalkeeper Mateus Jacinto to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 28 minutes, Baldomero Ojier mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Club Estrella de Boedo and the Paredones players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 32nd minute, Adrian Gonzales made a precise shot to the right of Ivan Ixaka. Paredones's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-0. An unexpected shot in the 36th minute by Nicasio Clodio got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Adrian Gonzales recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 38th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 39th minute, Adrian Gonzales got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 41st minute, Nicasio Clodio managed to get in a good position for a shot. Club Estrella de Boedo's supporters rose to their feet, but Nicasio Clodio was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ivan Ixaka breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Adrian Gonzales made a kick off. 62 minutes into the match, Club Estrella de Boedo's Nicasio Clodio sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Ivan Ixaka narrowly saved just below the crossbar. When Nicasio Clodio came up free with the goalie in the 64th minute, the Club Estrella de Boedo fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Nicasio Clodio couldn't finish the play. If Baldomero Fanuco had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 75th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ivan Ixaka took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Adrian Gonzales, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Club Estrella de Boedo's Nicasio Clodio got a good chance for a goal in the 81st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Nicasio Clodio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 84th minute. Ivan Ixaka tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Adrian Gonzales in the 86th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ivan Ixaka prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Ivan Ixaka was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The crowd rose to their feet as Remigio Sanchez kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Mateus Jacinto. That made the score 6-1 in the 95 minute of play. When the referee ended the match the Club Estrella de Boedo players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
