The supporters of Franja de Oro booed when Tegua FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 46 match minutes in a wonderful position. Julio Romano didn't get a good kick on the ball. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The wind increased when Julio Romano made the kick off in the second half. In the 51st match minute, Franja de Oro was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cayetano Ritchie to maneuver through the defense. Lucio Lizardi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Matias Iago in the 53rd minute of the match. In the 55th minute, Eugenio Eufemio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Vicente Miliano's late challenge caught a Tegua FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Vicente Miliano helped the player get up and apologised. If Cayetano Ritchie had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Cayetano Ritchie succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 3-1 in the 73rd playminute. After 76 played minutes Tegua FC got a freekick which was hit by Matias Iago. In the 78th match minute, Tegua FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Teofilo Oriol to maneuver through the defense. After a defensive mix-up in Tegua FC's zone, Cayetano Ritchie stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Julio Rolado came out of the goal and Cayetano Ritchie tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Tegua FC's Julio Rolado played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Victor Guzman in the 82nd minute of play. Cayetano Ritchie sent away a hard shot on goal in the 83rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Lucio Lizardi came out of the goal in the 88th minute to try and stop a shot by Tegua FC's Teofilo Oriol. But to his dismay, Teofilo Oriol quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-1. The Tegua FC support was delighted with a win in a match that could easily have ended differently.
