Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Rene Tanio in the 17th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Cleto Fix prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 23rd minute of the match Lisandro Lain shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Cleto Fix showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. After a rather tough play, Esteco FC's Aaron Bazil got a free kick in the 25th minute. Cacheuta's Dario Honesto suffered a sore thigh after 27 minutes and couldn't finish the game. The supporters of Cacheuta booed when Esteco FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 28 match minutes in a wonderful position. Elias Romero didn't get a good kick on the ball. 29 minutes into the game, Valentin Bembe was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Cacheuta's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Esteco FC the free kick. In the 30th minute, Valentin Bembe hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Flavio Francis hit a great freekick 33 minutes into the match. A hard shot 38 in the game by Cleto Shantala from a close distance when the talented Melquiades Dodorol managed to make a qualified save. Cacheuta's players were relieved. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Virgilio Erauso stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After a rather tough play, Cacheuta's Rene Tanio got a free kick in the 52nd minute. The supporters of Esteco FC booed when Cacheuta was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 53 match minutes in a wonderful position. Virgilio Erauso didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 54thth minute of the game Cleto Shantala who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Cacheuta's Melquiades Dodorol was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When the match had gone on for 56 minutes, Cleto Shantala put it in 4-0 from a short distance just to the right of Melquiades Dodorol. When Ceferino Iraunkor fell near the penalty area in the 58th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Cacheuta's protests and gave Ceferino Iraunkor a yellow card for diving instead. Ceferino Iraunkor kicked well hit freekick during the 59th minute of the match. When Esteco FC's Cleto Shantala in the 63rd minute got a chance for a shot 63rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Cacheuta's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Cleto Shantala was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 5-0. If Virgilio Erauso had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Cleto Fix made a fantastic save in the 79th minute, when Virgilio Erauso sent off a good shot on target. After some fancy dribbling in the 81st minute, Virgilio Erauso managed to get in a good position for a shot. Cacheuta's supporters rose to their feet, but Virgilio Erauso was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Cleto Fix breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Rigoberto Teodor took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 86th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Melquiades Dodorol. Cacheuta's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Cleto Shantala fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Melquiades Dodorol having to interfere. 91 minutes into the match, Esteco FC's goalkeeper Cleto Fix had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Virgilio Erauso. Melquiades Dodorol showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cleto Shantala, who was totally free with the ball in the 92nd minute. In the 93rd minute, Elias Romero got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Esteco FC fans cheered their team off the field, for while Cacheuta had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
