Spectators: 7032 (Terracing: 5344, Seating: 1638, VIP seats: 50) Heroes del Silencio's Victoriano Rayman proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 5th minute of the match, managed to save Heroes del Silencio from getting a goal against them. In the 6th match minute, Heroes del Silencio was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ovidio Manni to maneuver through the defense. Victor Reynardo in the 9thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Victoriano Rayman, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Gogo Gabino's late challenge caught a Heroes del Silencio's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Gogo Gabino helped the player get up and apologised. Zanjitas:s Edgard Toro showed great skill when he stopped Cristian Ramirez:s penalty. 13 minutes into the game, Heroes del Silencio's Cristian Ramirez nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Edgard Toro made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. A collision led to Heroes del Silencio getting a freekick after 15 minutes play. Augusto Tano hit a great ball. After 18 played minutes Zanjitas got a freekick which was hit by Basilio Mirande. In the 19th minute, Gustavo Polentzi ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Edgard Toro was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. Victoriano Rayman came out of the goal in the 22nd minute to try and stop a shot by Zanjitas's Victor Reynardo. But to his dismay, Victor Reynardo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. José Viegas hit a great freekick 27 minutes into the match. When Zanjitas's José Viegas in the 30th minute got a chance for a shot 30th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Heroes del Silencio's goalie prevented a goal. Heroes del Silencio's defense didn't have a chance, in the 32nd minute, when José Viegas scored to the left of an out of position Victoriano Rayman, making the score, 2-2. Augusto Tano charged in rather forcefully in the 35th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Augusto Tano the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Heroes del Silencio's Augusto Tano got a free kick in the 35th minute. If Jimeno Otsando had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of Heroes del Silencio booed when Zanjitas was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 44 match minutes in a wonderful position. Basilio Mirande didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 45th minute of the match Ovidio Manni shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Edgard Toro showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

3-2 became the score in the 54th minute when José Viegas elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. After 56 played minutes Zanjitas got a freekick which was hit by Evelio Montel. 60 minutes into the match, Heroes del Silencio's goal looked a bit too open when José Viegas came free, but Victoriano Rayman reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling José Viegas in the 63rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Victoriano Rayman prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Victoriano Rayman showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Patricio Fernendo in the 64th minute of the match. José Viegas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 71st minute. Victoriano Rayman tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A sloppy throw-in by Benjamin Pacho in the 77th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Zanjitas's Fabian Kauldi. Zanjitas's Edgard Toro proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 81st minute of the match, managed to save Zanjitas from getting a goal against them. In the 87th minute the ball was on its way in behind Heroes del Silencio's goalkeeper Victoriano Rayman, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 89 minutes into the match, Zanjitas's José Viegas sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Victoriano Rayman narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The throw-in from Ovidio Manni in the 90th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Zanjitas's Basilio Mirande. If Basilio Mirande had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, Zanjitas's Evelio Montel got a free kick in the 95th minute. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Zanjitas fully deserved thier win.
