Spectators: 6642 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1642, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Efrain Munio started the match with the kick off. After a defensive mix-up in Venus's zone, Ernst Hofman stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Basilio Jerano came out of the goal and Ernst Hofman tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When the match had gone on for 9 minutes, Ernst Hofman took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Basilio Jerano to make any attempt to save it. If Ernst Hofman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 14th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Diego Justin recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 16th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Ernst Hofman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. A collision led to Venus getting a freekick after 23 minutes play. Evaristo Abadia hit a great ball. Joaquin Hulberto kicked well hit freekick during the 24th minute of the match. After 26 played minutes, monterey's Rene Bemabe shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Basilio Jerano came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in monterey reached it. After 26 played minutes Venus got a freekick which was hit by Eustaquio Ermengol. If Ernst Hofman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Eustaquio Ermengol kicked well hit freekick during the 32nd minute of the match. Ernst Hofman struck a weak shot in the 36th minute. Basilio Jerano didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for monterey. Ernst Hofman received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 39th minute. Basilio Jerano tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 42nd minute, Venus's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Ernst Hofman fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Ernst Hofman made the kick off in the second half. Ernst Hofman blasted a shot towards the goal in the 52nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Basilio Jerano having to make a save. 57 minutes into the game, Daniel Leobardo threw the ball into play from the sideline. monterey's Saturnino Virila quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Basilio Jerano showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ernst Hofman in the 61st minute of the match. A collision led to Venus getting a freekick after 63 minutes play. Honorio Camerino hit a great ball. If Bilgehan Erbelgin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Diego Justin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Basilio Jerano having to interfere. Modesto Fagildo's late challenge caught a Venus's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Modesto Fagildo helped the player get up and apologised. In the 73rd minute, Modesto Fagildo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 77 minutes into the match, Diego Justin notched a goal, 3-0, to the right of Venus's Basilio Jerano. Basilio Jerano was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After 80 played minutes monterey got a freekick which was hit by Rene Bemabe. In the 82nd minute of the match, Efrain Munio tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Enrique Timo saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Rene Bemabe kicked well hit freekick during the 85th minute of the match. Enrique Timo made a fantastic save in the 95th minute, when Evaristo Abadia sent off a good shot on target. When the referee ended the match the monterey players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
