Marcial Rocendo shot from long distance after 48 played minutes, a shot that Ivo do Valle with certain difficulty stopped from going in under the crossbar. Disappointed in the 0-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Ranquiles's defense didn't have a chance, in the 79th minute, when Inocencio Raitin scored to the left of an out of position Vinicio Nabar, making the score, 1-6. After 83 minutes, Bartolo Urtzi mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Ranquiles and the Chañares AFC players grew even worse after the yellow card.
