Victoria's Albino Lando got a good chance for a goal in the 19th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 33 minutes into the match, Victoria's goal looked a bit too open when Florentino Horado came free, but Maximo Mingo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Cornelio Rufio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Paolo Ascencio having to interfere. Paolo Ascencio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Albino Lando, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Pucará 2006's Paolo Ascencio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cornelio Rufio in the 40th minute of play. Cornelio Rufio blasted a shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Paolo Ascencio having to make a save. 43 minutes into the match, Victoria's Albino Lando sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Paolo Ascencio narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Cornelio Rufio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 45th minute. Paolo Ascencio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.

Daniel Leoncio kicked well hit freekick during the 51st minute of the match. Cornelio Rufio who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 64thth minute tested the skills of Paolo Ascencio when he managed to save the team from getting behind. The audience thought a goal was coming when Amancio Bento got free with Paolo Ascencio in the 66th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Victoria's Edelmiro Ignazio shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 70th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Paolo Ascencio but with some difficulty. 72 minutes into the match, Pucará 2006's goal looked a bit too open when Albino Lando came free, but Paolo Ascencio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Florentino Horado came up free with the goalie in the 74th minute, the Pucará 2006 fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Florentino Horado couldn't finish the play. 77 minutes into the match, Victoria's goal looked a bit too open when Florentino Horado came free, but Maximo Mingo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 82nd minute, Cornelio Rufio left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Victoria would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
