Herminio Ignado breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 37 played minutes Liverpool de Rosario AFC got a freekick which was hit by Fabricio Marcones. Jonatan Emenon made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ciriaco Domiku in the 45th minute of play. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 4-2.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Osvaldo Ederono to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 65th minute, Evelio Roldanillo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The audience was convinced that Evelio Roldanillo's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Herminio Ignado was relentless in the 96th minute of the game. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. BATISCAFO.FC fully deserved thier win.
